At the start of the evening, we will come to Baara Land to see The Quintessence of Tonkin  – recently become more famous because of its cultural spectacle. Overnight in Hanoi.



In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel for the tour today. Firstly, you will visit Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, learn about his life and how he led Vietnam’s campaign for independence from French colonial rule. Ho Chi Minh died in 1969, his body was preserved for posterity so young generation in Vietnam and foreigner visitors can express their admiration and gratitude towards the national hero.  The next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda – a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake. Leave One Pillar Pagoda for the Temple of Literature – the first college of Vietnam and the place dedicating to Confucian.

Lunch served at a local restaurant for a taste of authentic Hanoi cuisine.

After lunch, we move to visit the Ethnology Museum which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam. Later on, taking one hour cyclo tour through the Old Quarter, also known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It’s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities.



After breakfast, we will pass by about 150 Km to come to Pu Luong. Arrival at noon, we check in and have lunch in at Pu Luong Retreat. Because this retreat was built by eco-friendly with nature, you can have whole time in here, immerse in the picturesque landscape and hide from noisy and crowded life.

In the afternoon, we will start at a suspension bridge on Cham River, walking in here and look for beautiful stunning water wheels, find out how it works. Stopped by a house of local fishermen, we will have a short rest to prepare for an adventurous climb down the river. Float along the quiet river and enjoy the fascinating landscapes along the banks. At Tan Lap Bridge, we got off and come to the vehicle, back to Pu Luong Retreat for dinner. Overnight in Pu Luong.



After breakfast, we start walking to visit the wonderful valley located in the resort. Continuing through the small paths, we will walk to a picturesque village, based in the foot of a towering mountain. Soak up the roads, farmlands, villages, mountains, forests, ponds and rivers. We will take a trekking to enjoy the outdoor lunch.

After lunch, we will be free to take a fresh swim in the nearby river before boarding our Tuk Tuk and return to the retreat. Overnight in Pu Luong.



Get up early in the morning to get closer to the life of the village and the community by interacting with the local people living on the hill. Walking around the fields and paddy fields, talk to local people and if you want, participate together in daily work, learn how to make rice wine and weave colorful things.

Return to the resort for lunch, then we will get in our own car and come back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.



Today is the most fabulous highlights tour – You will be picked up from your hotel to Hanoi airport for flying from Hanoi to Halong Bay by seaplane (Please don’t forget your passport for check in airport and cruise). Once you have embarked, you will be taken to the restaurant where you’ll meet the Paradise Peak crew. While your enjoy your welcome drink, you will be given a short briefing about your cruise and itinerary, Don’t forget - your butler will take care of your every need while you are on board.

On board Paradise Peak, you can dine anywhere. You can have your lunch served in the restaurant, sundeck or your cabin.

14:00 Cruise Halong Bay or a enjoy Spa Treatment

After lunch is the time to contemplate the timeless beauty of Halong Bay as Paradise Peak cruises past the limestone islands, islets and towers. Alternatively, you may wish to use this time for a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa*.

14:30 Visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm or kayak*

Your first excursion is a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, an area in Halong Bay dedicated to growing pearls and practicing a handmade technique based on Vietnamese tradition and Japanese technology. This is also an ideal destination for kayaking. If this excursion doesn’t take your fancy, stay on board and treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea.

16:00 Visit to Sung Sot Cave

Your second stop of the day is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave. The cave itself is stunning but so are the views on exit, where you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views across the Bay.

17:45 Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* at Le Piano Bar and Cooking Demonstration

The Paradise Peak will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. Indulge in a cocktail or two during Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* as you watch the sunset from the sundeck, followed by a demonstration of easy-to-make Vietnamese recipes.

19:30 Paradise Royal Dinner

Enjoy your Paradise Royal Dinner your way - dine anywhere you want on the ship: your cabin, the sundeck or the restaurant. It really is up to you. After dinner, the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy: squid fishing, a movie in your cabin, more drinks* on the sundeck or even a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa*.

Awaken your senses with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck before breakfast. Breathe in the fresh morning air, watch the sunrise and feel your body revitalise.

08:30 Transfer to the Paradise Explorer tender to go further into the Bay

09:00 Visit to Titov Island

Paradise Peak arrives at “must-see” Titov Island. Hike to the top for stunning views of Halong Bay, or go for a refreshing swim in the cool, emerald waters. For a more relaxing visit, you can people-watch while sipping on a coconut.

10:30 Cruise to Trong Cave

After visiting the must-see Titov Island, your next stop will be Trong Cave, in Bo Hon Island. Inside the cave, all visitors will be surprised by so many stalacties hung down from the ceiling. This is also an ideal destination for those who would like to kayak.

12:00 Lunch in the restaurant

After the morning’s excursions, a fresh and delicious Vietnamese set lunch is served in the restaurant.

14:00 Trip to Cua Van Floating Village

Visit Cua Van Floating Village - the largest of five remaining floating fishing village in the Bay. You will be transported there by locals rowing bamboo boats or you can kayak* at your own pace. A visit to this village is like stepping back in time, and is a reminder of the rich cultural history of Halong Bay.

15:30 Return to Paradise Peak

17:45 Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* and Cooking Demonstration

The Paradise Peak will again anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. Watch the sun set while enjoying Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* on the sundeck, followed by a cooking demonstration and pre-dinner cocktails*.

This is your last dinner aboard Paradise Peak, savour these precious moments by dining in any spot that suits you. The rest of the evening is can be as active or relaxing as you choose. You could give squid fishing a try or simply relax with a movie and a nightcap movie in your cabin. Overnight on cruise.

Begin your last day in Halong Bay with a calming Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast, coffee and pastries. Spoil yourself and book in for one last spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa*. Relax in your cabin or on the sundeck, watching Halong Bay drift past.

Return to Tuan Chau Marina. Pick up by private car to Noi Bai International Airport for flight to Hue.

Arrive Hue, moving to the hotel and check-in, the rest of the day you can use to refill your energy, prepare for the next day. Overnight in Hue.

At 07:45 – 08:00 am You will be picked up from hotel to a local café, meet your tour guide and have welcome juice or coffee. From here, scoot your way on Vespas to the famous Hue Citadel. Here, you’ll explore Hue’s Royal Palace and get to learn and imagine the daily life of the old Kings of Vietnam and also see why Hue was war-torn for centuries. After a 45 minute tour of the Hue Citadel, hop back on the Vespas for a short ride to a lesser known historic sight. Visit an old arena, modeled after Italy’s famous Colosseum, where tigers and elephants use to fight each other for more than just entertainment. From the arena, walk down a path to a temple used for worshipping those elephants. Then it’s back on the Vespa scooters for the most adventurous ride yet, through the rolling hills & pine forests on the outskirts of Hue. After a scenic stop for some photos, it’s off to the final stop for the day- Gia Long Royal Tomb. You’ll rarely see other tourists at this tomb, so you will feel complete peace while learning about the history here. Finish off the day with picnic style snacks overlooking a lotus-filled pond before heading back to your hotel.



A breathtaking drive will bring you from Hue to Hoi An via Danang city. Admire the scenery while you go along one of the most beautiful coastal roads in all of Asia. Upon arrival at Danang you will visit the Cham Museum where you will have the opportunity to learn more about this advanced but lost civilization. You’ll then drive to Hoi An. From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders for its high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Check in your accommodation and free at leisure time. Overnight in Hoi An.



In the morning you will enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow, winding streets of the Ancient Quarter to visit the Chinese Assembly Hall, the Japanese bridge, the Phuc Kien Pagoda, and Tam Ky ancestral house which is more than 200 years old. Next, you can relax at a local pub, do some shopping or visit the local tailors who make quality clothes in a flash. You’ll then spend the night in Hoi An.



In the morning, at 08:00 am Lighten Travel tour guide will pick up you from hotel’s lobby for pedal to Cam Kim Island, we start with a short boat trip crossing the river from Hoi An to reach the beautiful island of Cam kim.

During the tour, we will visit a number of families who are making delicious noodle named My Quang noodles, homemade rice wine and weave colorful straw sleeping mats. We will have plenty of chances to chat with them and ask questions to learn about their history, local customs and way of life.

On this tour we will visit Mr Dau, a local rice wine maker family. He is also a war veteran who returned from the conflict between Vietnam and Cambodia (1979 to 1986) in 1984 having lost a leg when he stepped on a landmine in Cambodia. Visiting Mr Dau and his lovely family at their home is always one of the most popular and interesting parts of this cycling tour. Mr Dau will greet you with his incredible smile and tell you fascinating stories about his life. This is a rare opportunity to really connect with the local people and learn about their life past and present. He will also be delighted to answer your question and may play the guitar and sing you a song if you’re lucky!

We will also enjoy local lunch cooked by the family to experience the real taste of Hoi An. During the tour, we will also learn about the traditional farming methods, see water buffaloes and witness the fishermen setting up and harvesting their nets.

Today you will take a short flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), the country's commercial centre and home to a growing number of upscale restaurants and shops. You can visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House, the Hotel de Ville and the War Remnants Museum. You’ll visit colourful outdoor markets and bustling Dong Khoi Street, the city's main upscale shopping boulevard with boutiques selling clothes and accessories designed by new Vietnamese designers, hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and house wares. You’ll then spend the night in HCMC.



Tour guide will pick up you at hotel’s lobby for the transfer to Ben Tre about 85km far from Ho Chi Minh city (approx. 2 hours driving). Ben Tre is a famous land of coconut palms. This place was nearly destroyed by Allied bombing during the war; and nowadays, Ben Tre is a destination for tourists who are interested in the truly Vietnam with friendly people and beautiful countryside. Take a boat trip around the river. We enjoy our sight-seeing along the way and stop to see the local people making bricks, salts, coconut candy…. After that, we keep on boating to Cai Son & Nhon Thanh creeks to see some families making mats. We also take motor cart (xe loi) passing the rice fields and vegetable plains… We have our lunch at midday a local house then relax for a while.

Our afternoon activities are taking rowing-boat along water palm creek, boating along Cai Coi creek… and our boat trip ends at where your van is waiting for transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.



There is no activity planned for today, so you are free to enjoy yourself souvenir shopping until transfer to the airport for your onward flight. End of your great holiday.
